To reboot a Xerox printer or Help 1-877-331-5006, turn it off using the power button, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. If your printer has a touchscreen panel, you can also restart it from Settings > Device Settings > Restart Printer. For network-connected printers, reboot your router as well to refresh the connection. If the printer is frozen, unplug it from the power source for a few minutes before plugging it back in. Restarting the printer can resolve minor software glitches and connection issues.
